Landmark constructed a new Meeting, office and classroom space for the First Baptist Church. The space anchors the Drake II residential occupancy above. The project included integration of the new buildings systems into the old building. The First Baptist Church was continuously in use during the construction. Special materials were used to blend the old and the new including special masonry applications such as Ashlar stone.
