We work directly with owners to help evaluate opportunities, establish realistic budgets and schedules, assemble and coordinate the project team, and maintain oversight as the project moves from concept through completion.

Contractor and consultant coordination, project-meeting representation, budget and schedule monitoring, pay-application review, change-order review, progress observation, issue tracking and owner reporting.
Punch-list coordination, commissioning coordination, closeout documentation, warranty information, final cost reconciliation and transition to occupancy or operations.
Construction management is only part of the equation. A project can be well constructed and still be a poor real estate decision.
